To proceed, please follow these three steps to register as a potential investor:

  2. ONBOARDING: During onboarding, you will be asked to agree to our NDA and upload your identification documents to verify your identity. Within 24 hours, you will be granted access and informed via email.

  3. DATAROOM: Once granted access, you will have detailed and confidential information regarding the “ATMO1 CONVERTIBLE BOND” including the complete deck, initial drafts of the signature venue THE Atmosphere, and more.
